Is a legal handgun a problem?

If you are raided for steroids or marijana, are the problems exacerbated by the presents of a legal, safely stored handgun?

i would consult a lwayer on this one. but if its truly "stored" at the time of the bust then imo no. but they might try to pop a charge for poss. of firearm durring commision of folony.

If the handgun is in the same structure as the offending substances then its an additional charge in most states.

Unfortuanatly, any firearm will add additional charges when there is "illegal activity" of any kind on the premises.

Guns and drugs in house. If the guns legal or not, in florida you better have alot of money or your weight training will be in the big house for along time!
But i think the pot is what will get you screwed more then the gear! Just my opinion!
