and 500mg/wk of Sust 250 for 12 weeks
would 1mg of liquidex be enough for the cycle?

yes. It will depend though...but you can start off with 0.5 and then bump if you say your still having problems.

.5 of adex was weak for me so i went up to 1mg ed. if i ran test again i would use aifm or aromasin

dex is weak when it comes to dbol, there is little difference between .5 and 1mg (though there is some).
