Is 0.25mg arimidex enough for this cycle?

This is my third cycle and I am in week 2 of a 10-week cycle. My starting weight was 180lb at 12% bf.

300mg T-400 eod
125mg Tren eod
2ml Ref-B ed for 4 weeks
50mg Chinese Winny ed
0.25mg Chinese Arimidex ed (eod after week 4)

I am up 8 pounds due to water retention and the headaches from higher blood pressure are bothersome. Should I back off on the Ref-B or increase the arimidex to 0.5mg ed?

Just start with .25. If you start getting sensitive nips then bump it up.
