well the letter is at the post office, ill pick it up on monday. i have a bad habit of letting things go, i put them out of my mind ( i have GAD) untill it really fucks myself up. I might have to ask you guys for more advice later when i figure out what they want exactly.

Well, all I can tell you is that I screwed up on last years taxes (forgot about a bond I cashed in ... dumb yeah, I never got the 1099 from the bank!!! bastard). Anyway, I got informed by regular mail. If they sent your friend a certified I guess it's worse than what I did ...

Just fill out the form or give them a call. The amount will be stated on the letter. You can make payments.
