What is so hard to follow about what he posted?? Riker29 is a pretty sharp guy and I was surprised by his response. The message is pretty clear to me. The FDA is basically denouncing the efficacy of Nutropin Depot and is asking that Genentech retract its claims that the long-acting GH is more effective or could taken in place of other proven methods. The source of the information seems fairly credible to me as it's coming from an MD. I'm certainly not an MD nor have I performed tests or studies on this product to dispute what the FDA is saying. Have any of you???

Plus, I believe ironmaster is still in the process of gathering information and putting together a detailed analysis on this product and has mentioned several times that more research and time is needed before he states an definitive position pro or con.

ALSO TAKE NOTE:

THAT LETTER WAS MADE BACK IN 2000!!! Ironmaster posted his results less than a week ago. Need I say more?

this GH must have a 1/2 life. can anyone tell me what the 1/2 life is?

Actually, the half-life of all synthetic human growth hormone is the same. Depot is different because the GH is microencapsulated within a coating (like self-dissolving sutures)that releases over time. Some capsules are thicker than others, and some of the GH is not bound at all. So you get, in theory, a linear delivery system of GH that starts immediately and lasts 4 weeks.
Depot releases a fairly substantial amount in the first week or so, and then gradually tapers off from the second through the fourth week, which is why 3 week injects may be correct for our purposes.

This topic has been killled over and over again. For all you sckeptics out there if you dought the power of the depot in increasing and maintaining your IGF-1 levels to grow and stay hard, all I can say is, "ITS YOUR LOSS". I have been on the depot longer than anyone on this board. 15.5 months. I even have my own primary care doctor turned on to the depot. A loyal Serostim user like myself in the past. NO MORE.

I rememebr Miracleman a year ago posting about this gh . Nobody believed him . I've been on it for 3 days ,& I can say that i am having sides from it ( numb hands while sleeping) that I havn't had with serokits in over a year of use . I am also taking 2iu of daily gh with it , so if the sides get worse I'll drop the daily 2iu . I am happy with it !!!By the way Hey there IronMasetr and MiracleMan ! How you guys doing ?
