I've been using the Iron-Tek Vanilla cake protein mix for over 3 months now. My personal feeling is that the cheaper brands of concentrate whey protein are all very similar such as the highly praised Optimum Nutrition's whey protein. I've made good gains from supplementing with Iron tek and I personally think it tastes much better than the rest of the other Wheys.
Good stuff and it's cheap
