im no insulin expert as ya well know and im sure AD and DAEO will be stopping in to say hello.
Firstly I would say the reason to use insulin is to help force glucose and amino acids to where they are needed. Obviously you dont want to be using fat with it. Now you are using 25ius post workout but only supplying yourself with the 100grams of carbs, I would have thought you would use so much insulin to really pack the carbs in there. So why not increase carbs? After a workout you can surely get away with 600-800 calories of carbs.
I would either decrease the 25ius which seems an awful lot for one injection or increase the carbs. Ok that said here is what I do
Im at this stage now:
Wake up 2 tabs t3, 2 tabs clen, 2 tabs proviron, 10ius humalog
15minutes later a fructose/maltodextrin carb drink containing 100grams of carbs and 7-8 grams of creatine (cut back from 10)
30 minutes after my last injection I have made a protein shake and start sipping it up until 45 minutes. 60grams of whey protein + skimmed milk
About 15 minutes later I eat some chicken/turkey breast or some tuna in water (which I hate) with some rice or pasta.
All I can say is during the first 2 afters after injection try not to eat fats. Just my 0.2
