whats up bro, i am set at 25 units after training, took 30 units and got too hypo so 25 units post training with a little more than 100 grams of carbs does the trick for me, GH really does make u insulin sensitive as u can see, i wanted to know what u eat when u take ur 10 units when u first wake up, being u cant have fat what is left to eat for breakfast, cant have any bacon or sausage, makes me sad ;)
 
iron, still curious to what meals u consume in the am as well as post workout, as well as units used of humalog..........thanks
 
im no insulin expert as ya well know and im sure AD and DAEO will be stopping in to say hello.

Firstly I would say the reason to use insulin is to help force glucose and amino acids to where they are needed. Obviously you dont want to be using fat with it. Now you are using 25ius post workout but only supplying yourself with the 100grams of carbs, I would have thought you would use so much insulin to really pack the carbs in there. So why not increase carbs? After a workout you can surely get away with 600-800 calories of carbs.
I would either decrease the 25ius which seems an awful lot for one injection or increase the carbs. Ok that said here is what I do

Im at this stage now:

Wake up 2 tabs t3, 2 tabs clen, 2 tabs proviron, 10ius humalog

15minutes later a fructose/maltodextrin carb drink containing 100grams of carbs and 7-8 grams of creatine (cut back from 10)

30 minutes after my last injection I have made a protein shake and start sipping it up until 45 minutes. 60grams of whey protein + skimmed milk

About 15 minutes later I eat some chicken/turkey breast or some tuna in water (which I hate) with some rice or pasta.

All I can say is during the first 2 afters after injection try not to eat fats. Just my 0.2

forgot to mention I follow the same routine as above post workout but with 11ius

during the day I will also fit another 5ius inbetween the morning and the workout or after the workout if time is going to cross interests
 
iron, thanks bro, starting tomorrow i am gonna try 10 units when i wake up and i am going to bump up the carbs to 200 grams after i work out, thanks bro...............ill tell you tomorrow iron what i am up bf wise and pound wise, monday will be 2 weeks..........
 
no problemo :) rather than jumping in at 200 why dont you try 150 for a few days and see how ya like that. look forward to your update
