No bullshit here bunnster, real world strength gains, but it's no big deal if somebody told me that I wouldn't believe it either, I am a solid 242 at 9-10% 495 is good but when I competed I weighed 289 and hit 605 with a bench shirt on, got tired of being slow and bulky now it's all about the ho's and my health I imagine the strength will fade as my weight continues to drop, but who cares, whewww never thought I'd say that.
