Yes I do remember that. But not everyone sends stuff in to get tested. That is why the send you the letter, just in case you have a legitimate reason to order something, you can claim it. For the most part, they will just think it is some illicit drug and toss it. If it is a huge amount of product they will usually test it to see if they have a big drug bust.

FWIW, I had a shipment of his pills seized but they were not from China. I did receive a Health Canada letter, but I would guess that for this small order of pills of unknown origin as they called them, they just threw them out.

Obviously they are under no obligation to test everything.

Knowing how the gov't operates and having some feel for this situation, I am pretty much willing to believe that this test is legit. Coupling that with knowing that at least some IP oral stuff is for sure legit, and other stuff is legit but maybe underdosed, I would say, this info is pretty believable.
