IPhone 5 app please help

I just got the new iphone 5. i tried downloading the elitefitness app but it does not show up and then when i google it and ill click it brings me to the app store but then it says not avail in the us market.. wth??? Please help bc i need it in my phone do i need to jailbreak my phone for an app?? IM located in NY if that matters?? Thanks guys

I paid $299 and yes I can afford it. It's says FYI so I was letting him know that.
