Ipamoreline and sterille water

I wasnt able to get bac water in my country, so ive decided to mix 5mg of pep with 2ml of sterile water.. its been 5days today and iam getting worried if the pep is going to be still stable or do i have to throw it away? If i dont mind the possibility of pep getting infected with bacteria, will the pep will be still stable? Are there any users of sterille water for reconstitution? I have pep for another 10 days in that vial. I dont want to waste money, but iam afraid that i already wasted them.. Can i save it be putting it into syringe and feezing it? After 5 days..or can it stay stable for another 10 days.. thx

ive used nacl water and sterile water for other peptides. never used ipamorellin though.
