That site is for information, it says on it that you can't place orders online..... They have been around for years now. I do remember that like 12yrs ago there were a bunch of fakes going around, and most guys were stearing clear of IP stuff.... I guess things have changed now...

I've used there Deca, Eq, Winny, Dbol, Nolva, Tren/prop...all w/ good results.
