cheaper food
cheaper supplements (as much as 40% cheaper.. e.g. we pay 38 pounds for EAS Simply Protein.. you pay around $25).
better weather
cheaper cars
lower taxes
higher wages
cheaper housing (60% of the UK's poupulation cannot afford the 150k minimum now needed for a small home)
cheaper products of all kinds... mountain bikes are the same in dollars as we pay in pounds for example...

We have the NHS - but it is shit.

Europe (or at least Scandinavia) has:

safety... meaning if you lose your job or your house burns down and you have no insurance, the government will give you money and a place to live. Also here you can walk almost anywhere in the middle of the night without fear of being shot or mugged... there are just some things you can't measure with $$$ (or £££

I have lived in the US for a few years, and would never move back there... but hey that's just me, maybe I'm a coward...
