ip clomid question Help

i am about to begin my clomid and have IP 50 mg pills. I have been told that you have to chew or grind them up. so does that mean you need to let it dissolve in your mouth or just chewed then swallowed.

Crush them and put the powder in gelatin capsules, then swallow the caps.

Clomid is so cheap, it is worth it to go thru another source. However, I could see why one might by his AAS or Painkillers/Rec. Drugs.

I've chewed his caps. They seemed to work fine. I definetly got the clomid sides, acne, feeling like a girl, etc.
