Very, very potent though, so be sure to start at 1/4th of a tab and work your way up. Try to couple it with ketotifen and cytomel if you can, because clen will lower your t3 levels after a few weeks....
it works really well. like suggested... start with 1/4 tab and work up to 1tab max... i've found that really any more than a single tab give you more sides without much more fatburning. if you start getting weird cramps or shinsplints, get some taurine.
i try to go 2wks on clen then 2wks on ECA then 2wks on NYC then repeat. doing clen for 2wks followed by 2wks of one of the others will be good too. i seem to get better results when i cycle them this way than if i were to just stay on clen for 6wks.
