shakes are normal ....worse ? depends on everyone but personnally I've been using his super clen twice and yes I had shakes, headaches lets say a livin hell for a week....
From what I have read you are supposed to determine the dose size by whether or not you have the shakes. I remember reading that you want to take just enough to give you the trembeles. It sounds scary to me but that is what I remember.
