Who in here knows how to log in so that you are invisible, and what I mean is invisible to your job. So they don't see that I spend 90% of my work time on EF. LOL..

Your work would know what you are doing by monitoring Web traffic in and out of the company through it's internet connection. The only way to prevent that would be to use one of the Web anonymizing programs, which you have to purchase ans install on your computer. That software lets you access the internet through an encrypted connection to an anonymous proxy server. Another way would be to use Windows Remote Desktop or VNC to connect to your home computer from work, then use your home computer remotely to visit elitefitness.

Try Proxify http://proxify.com runs about $20 for 6 mo. Will keep you anon internal (your admins would only see proxify ip) and external. Only issue with EF is you might not be able to log in. Hope it works for you.

Just type in that web addy and you will figure out how to log in. You work will not know that you are on a fitness board.

Impossible to be totally invisible..They can still find out! I have a friend who does security at a major auto company, and they have fired people for using the internet for other than work purposes. They have programs they can install in the system, and they can tell what sites you were on, what times, etc. Not worth it..

If not just delete cookies, cache, history, etc. tell what browser you use and will give more exact info.

Even with an anonymous proxy server, there is a double URL that can be seen in the firewall server logs. They have searches specifically for this type of move, take it from me. It's ironic because our internal web server administrators are the biggest bunch of kiddy porn downloading, animal farm porn loving pedophile jackasses in the universe. But they control our logs, so they erase their own usage and burn everyone else.

Cloaking software is flawed. Java script can easily reveal your IP to the webmasters. That's why I suggest using sock proxies if you're worried about privacy. You can also buy a block of IPs, and surf via that. Companies out there sell IP blocks in random, changed daily by them.
