I'd pass for the time being.

I was actually thinking about putting in a gas station near where I live. It's insane how many people drive by this empty lot and the gas station across the street was sold due to the owner dying.

CVS knocked down the gas station for a fricken pharmacy.

oh..Heidi's Brooklyn Deli is on fire here and very few franchises are around. It's subway on steriods.
