Hello all just wanted to introduce myself. I have been reading the boards for the past 3 months and I have learned so much from you guys . Currently my weight is 265 15% bf height 6^3 <Currently on San v12 turbo > 5 day work out (mon- fri) . This will be my 5 month in gym , gains and strength are increasing rapidly. I want to start taking protein and from all the posts seems like N-Large 2 is the way to go . How many shakes do you guys recommend a day , to obtain 400 grams of protein daily . My diet is as follows , Half a box of raisin brand in morning with 3* 8 oz yougurts and 12 egg's hard boiled . Lunch is 2 * 4 decker sandwichs pilled high with turkey ham and cheese , i go through about 6 packs of turkey and ham a week. dinner is usally 6 chicken breasts( buy those tyson bags of boneless chicken) with 2 box's of zataran's or rice roni, with some kind of vegatable. then for snack's 3 times a day i eat fruit bars , or more yougart . I stopped all cola' prouducts and drink only water bout 1 gallon to 1.5 gallons daily with juice ( apple , cranberry stuff like that .) What im getting at is i eat like a monster but my weight stays right around 265 , following my rest days (sat-sunday)monday i will weigh myself and i will be at 272 /270 but by friday i will be back down to 265 sometimes 263. I think im at a plateu . I do no cardio at all , but i sweat like a maniac when i lift . Also on my rest days i will eat like a gallon of ice cream in a 2 day period . If i eat any more chicken im gonna start growing feathers. Well with that i will keep plugging away at the gym any advice will help , and thank you all for your info on the boards.
