Introduction for new member "Fyre"

Some of you may have noticed a new member with a few posts in the training forum here, Fyre. Since I know her I thought I'd introduce her to the regulars here. She is a fitness competitor, personal trainer with more certificates than I can count, owns the most successful supplement store in my city, and knows more pro body builders on a first name basis than is probably healthy. If any of you guys remember the pics of the jacked up blind guy that I posted a while back, well she is the one who got him ready for the show. She is also the one who will get me ready for my show this year, and you guys know how I feel about taking advice from others......
Fyre, feel free to add anything I left out??????

j/k, needsize has very good knowledge and knows what works for him and puts down in layman terms (for people like me that aren't much smarter than a box of rocks).
