Introduced myself.

Hey guy's. IM very new at this but I wanted to make a post and introduced myself.
age 28
height. 5'11
Weight. 172
sex. yes please. (lol) male
BF. 18% or lean.
Diet. The pass three weeks. I have not be on top of it. but going back into this week. been eating alot batter this week. A lot of OT at work.

Goal. I like my size, Looking to get little bigger not much, but get very lean/cut up.

Atm Im at the gym about three to four times. I use to be 4 to 5 time's a week. I like to run. (ipod/thank you) The winter in coming, but the summer is not far away.

I see I have a lot of reading to do b4 i start. Atm I like what i been reading from people post'. Great insight. and I like how people seen to help out each other. I do think this is the site that I been looking for to start my first cycle.

I would like if it's ok, some feedback where and what I might like to start search to use.

If I miss anything please tell me. Thank you.

I am confused...ho wdo you have 401 posts and are new?? Also, not a dig buit 172# at 5'11" is not to thick and far below your genetic potential so gear would not be a good choice especially if you are not really consistent in you food intake. I think if you are happy with your size gear would be to much for your tastes. and running and growing go in oppisite hands BTW.

I think they add post when you go plat. when I wnt plat they added like 400 or 500 more post to my amount.

Pick one grow or get leaner. You can do both just not really so well at the same time.
 
quadsweep > Don't know why I have be giving 401 post's. I think reaper99 might be right. Why would I lie for?

Thanks' Pentatonic. I will start reading that right now.

I eat very well. I just said the pass two or three weeks, i been working a lot of OT at work.

Happy with my size's but I would like to get bigger and toned. That's why Im here.
