I've been reading hundreds of posts here over the last couple of months - great site with tons of great info.
Stats:
30 years old
215lbs
been lifting for about 4 years
bf% too high
I did a small cycle with a friend a couple of years ago (test E 200/wk) and saw decent gains. I was thinking about doing another cycle soon but after spending some time on this board I see I need to get my bf% and diet in check. That'll take a few months for me (I didn't realize how hard it would be to break old eating habits) so I figured I'd learn all I can in the meantime.
I think I've read enough to start asking a few questions so thanks in advance for all the great info!
