Hello all,
Just wanted to let you all know what I am about.
I am 36 married (17 years) with two beautiful daughters. Been into fitness all my life with the exception of about a year when I had severe joint problems. (last year)
I came to this site to get back into the swing of things and look for some motivation after the layoff. Spent most of my time over at the anabolics board looking for training advice etc. and then came across the chat board (actually before it was broken up like it is now)
I have enjoyed the posts and finally decided to register (under a new name) to join in. So how about a warm welcome (or a cold FUCK OFF) for a somewhat new member of chat.
Oh yeah the obligatory stats: 5'9" 196 (up 22 from 6mos ago) approx 11% bf. Just an old ugly guy trying to recapture a little youth
