Im on week 7 of sust at 500mg p/w

My face broke out over night!

I hope its cause i havent been washing my face as much ?


Ive had no achne till now



Is this how it always happens?

just make sure to wash your face at least 2 times a day when on bro sometimes i do 3, worked for me so far.

you can use clearasil, or sometrhing similar to help prevent it. Tanning booth would help too.
