Interval Training/Guerilla Cardio

Has anybody tried this and got good results?? I have a problem where everytime I try and "cut up" with conventional cardio I lose a considerable (more than I should) amount of muscle mass. Is it really effective in targeting only fat loss?? Also...what would be a good regimen to begin with??
 
Catdio burns fat along with muscle, its as simple as that. Being on AAS while trying to cut bodyfat is the best way to preserve muscle mass while losing body fat. Also if you can manage to eat as clean as possible, this will limit the amount of cardio that you have to do to acheive fat loss
 
Also, if your trying to hang on to you muscle, i would not recommend High Intensity Cardio, something slower paced such as walking on an incline on the treadmill might suit you better
