Appears to be stable. Overall I see no issues with cascading style sheets displaying code wrong or images out of place. Text windows appear to function properly. Sites with flash code appear to be displaying that active content properly

I wouldn't be afraid of it unless I needed a certain version due to specific testing needs

The main thing for me is can it be removed cleanly if something comes up. Sometimes there's no turning back with MS betas.
