are there cheaper days to fly on? is mon cheaper to fly on than a sunday or what day?

this trip is going to cost nearly 6 grand if I can save a couple hundred on plane ticket that'd be awesome

how long are you staying?

sunday is usally an expensive day to fly....but so is monday. try to fly out on a tuesday if possible.

tuesday and thursday are usually the cheapest days.t ime of the flight also makes a difference too.

early morning and late flights = cheaper

staying there for 2 weeks.. I have to pay for 2 people, that is why it is so expensive

What are you going to RU for/

Part of problem is few airlines fly there. I believe from NY its only Aerflot (Delta) - What about flying somewhere in EU and taking another airline?
