Yeah Xanax is a poor choice. I'm not tooting P7's horn because I haven't tried it yet, but everyone who has loves it, especially when using it to deal with tren sides. What's also great about it is it's natural. Benzo's are risky business for sure. But if you MUST, try to get some Klonopin's. They're longer acting. But again, they're not meant for this. Once you get deep into polypharmacy there's really no turning back.
If you go to a shrink and just give them some story about being depressed and not sleeping, he or she will likely give you, among other things, Trazadone. It's an anti-depressant that is very often used to treat insomnia, both in patients with depression and without. But I'm assuming if you have access to xannies you dont need to bother with a shrink for trazadone.
As an aside, I'd have to say the hardest thing for me to do on tren is drive. I'm normally a somewhat aggressive driver, but on tren my tolerance for frustration is insanely low.
