I've always been pretty adamant of not using real gear, but recently i've done so much research for school on how supps are regulated that real gear is the only REAL stuff. I've been lifting for almost 5 years now. Went from 140 to the 190-200 range i fluctuate between.(im 20, 6 foot, small waist, broad shoulders, no string bean legs) I've done test boosters, but only from trusted companies. I've done MAN sports, Nolvadren and PR-XT stacked together, but i guess thats what you guys use as PCT lol. My diet is eh, but for my weight and size and for being pretty natural, i'd say i'm pretty strong. Bench best is 315 for 5, squat ass to grass always (trying to keep back squats even with fronts so I'm at about 315 for both, prob more on back). Just trying to say I'm not a weak POS, nor am i the guy who brags and posts pics everywhere. Commitment is the only thing that works consistently for me. Should I even try anything new or just stick with what ive been doing. I can't swallow pills so i wanted to try some of AAR's liquid PH's but i don't know how i feel about PH's and i won't be able to get them soon anyways.
