a while back i was off work for surgery, and it took so long for the insurance to pay me that i had to sell a lot of my personal stuff so i could pay bills. now they say they over payed me by $2000.

what i did was waited until they got threatening with me, then i sent them $10. they send me another letter, i send them $10. now they see what its like. very slow to pay but very quick to collect. i dont care if it takes me 50 years, they'll get it when i feel like it. fuck insurance companies.

i dont think its like that, its my work's insurance. i made sure that they can't charge me interest, and the people i talked to said it wont effect my rating, unless they send me to collections.

they cant send me to collections as long as i'm making payments.

here in the states, the insurance pays the doctors, not the patient. well most insurances
