Tell me your impressions of the following:
I'm going to shot for a cutting cycle, 8 weeks. I will keep calories at 2000kcal max. 1200kcal will come from protein (300g). You know 6 or 7 meals a day. With protein shakes or tuna every 2-3 hours.
I plan using 10UI of insuline (humalog) right after training, along with 100g of simple carbs (400kcal). The purpose is not to get into ketosis and give muscles the fuel they need.
I believe that doing this I will take full advantage of the quantity of carbs that I will be eating.
In this cycle I will be using:
2cc of sust ew
1cc of primo twice a week
4tabs of Cytomel ed 6weeks
Clenbuterol 2weeks on, 2 of
ECA 2weeks of, 2 on
