of course this can do you harm..1st off all you should start with 5iu post workout and add 1iu GRADUALLY at each workout till u reach 10-12 IU.
always remember a high carboidrate drink after your shot and keep always some more carbs with you for the next 4 hours (if ure using humulin r) in case u start feeling hypoglicemic.Insulin can be an affective and safe item if used properly but if you don't know how to use it can be very dangerous.

He is correct, of course it COULD do you harm, but as long as you are smart about it, you can be just fine.

If you start to feel like you are getting dizzy, and shaky. you might feel weak, and tired. you might not be able to think straight. These are all signs of to little sugar in your system. EAT SOMETHING! The best thing I have found (I am hypoglycemic) is a bottle of Orange juice. or eat some bread. You want to eat some simple carbs, but not sugar (ie. candy bar, cookies, etc.)

Yeah I have used it before guys, mant times. What I was wondering was can it harm you long term. If one was to use slin after workouts, cycling similar to using gear, can the additional insulin you inject mess you up long term??
Not worried about turning diabetic becasue small amounts (8iu) four times a week wont do this but can it mess up blood vessels or your heart?

I've used slin for over 6months, no sides, but I'm also a pre-diabetic.

First time I started taking, I took 5IU, then 10IU, then 20IU, then 40IU. Then I found out I was a pre-diabetic, insulin resistance. Only side from using slin is high blood pressure; trying to keep even blood sugar level is tough. I dont think there are any studies on slin in healthy males. And I agree, that slin is overated.

Diabetes is one of the main concerns (well besides dying). Get a blood sugar meter and test your blood sugar to see if you are becoming resistant! Always be careful!

Weird cause I tested mine and it wasnt as high, yet, I am slin resistant to a point. Now I dont take more than 10IU at a time or I start to feel hypo. Supplementing with Chromium P did help thruout the months. Also a beer or a glass of wine is good for optimum insulin use.
