Author Rea insists insulin used with T3 and appropriate PCT can in some cases totally reverse any loss of muscle caused by coming off. He also recommends substituting whey protein for a large portion of the carbs traditionally recommended when insulin is used.
As far as appropriate PCT he's talking HCG, Nolva, Clomid basically. I would wonder if Clen might be useful as well.
While I'm at it, Rea says that too many carbs with insulin cause elevated insulin levels for 8 hours, and he terms it I believe "Big Fat Bastard Syndrome".
