Insulin while on a ckd?

Has anyone read Mr. X's MKD article. I am very interested in trying it. I was wondering how many people have done it and what were the results? How does it compare to a ckd? Dude, you need to read alot more. Insulin without carbs is not only dangerous it's pointless (a few extreme and experienced folk disregard). Search and read an insulin faq by Acneman. As far as the diet goes, ask on the diet board. Could you use insulin on the CKD bulk up days, yes, but you body is pretty insulin sensitve after a carb deplete so I don't know if I would bother. I don't know you but, just read and learn for awhile before you stick anything in you. good luck

I have read the insulin faq by acneman. Thats why i made this post. I just wanted some more info.
