Insulin users.... Do you only take on training days?

I've been using slin for this past week now. I've taken a day or two off so far, on my "off days" from the gym.

I definitely believe you don't want this to be something you do everyday.

I'm just wondering if there is a better way to accomplish this... perhaps, two weeks on/off? Or, take throughout the week, then take every weekend off?

There is no doubt that it will be somethign taken after every single workout (when I'm "on" slin) as it's role as a 'super transporter" is just too good to pass up at that opportune time.

I'm just wondering how great the benefits are during off days to shuttle carbs, glycogen, protein to the muscles (as well as creatine, etc) when there is not that pressing needs as much as when you've just gotten out of the gym.
 
I've stuck with mostly just post workout. I did do some experimenting by shooting it first thing in the morning as well as post workout, but all that seemed to do was make me fat
 
Taking this route, how long do you run it? Or plan on running it.. whatever?

If I train 4-5 days out of the week, and only take it postworkout... seems it might be feasible to take it for a good 12 weeks or so before dropping it for a while.

Post-workout is a no brainer... but, I just cant decide if it's worth taking it off days... say, before downing some high-fructose juice w/ creatine, glutamine then taking a protein shake a short while after.

Decisions. Decisions.
 
You can use it on non-training days in the morning. I only use it after training! Insulin is amazing! If you want a little more, take it twice on training days.
 
Just for something different, yesterday I started shooting 10iu post workout, then another 5iu 2 hours later
 
i take it post-workout, 20iu novorapid.
Monday i start again, will try pre-workout once. Just to see how that will feel and if it has any benefits.

How much were you taking? Were you taking creatine and glutamine with WPI? This is the key! I used slin by itself without those three and I felt very little. As soon as I got 10 grams of creatine, 20grams of glutamine, and 150 grams of WPI, along with approximately 100 grams of simple carbs, I made huge gains! My strength went threw the roof, my muscles filled out, and I bulked up.

This was on a bridge and I got stronger then, then on the previous cycle. I was amazed.
