Hi Everyone,
I am new to this board but not a new user to aas or insulin - I have just had a number of years off. I am hoping someone will be able to give me some feedback in to my queries.
Right now I have just started an insulin cycle that I am building up to 10ius taken twice daily - once in the morning and once after the workout (around 6pm)
Day 1: 5iu's morning - 6iu's post workout
Day 2: 7iu's morning - 8iu's post workout (currently here)
Day 3: 9iu's morning - 10 iu's pst workout
Day 4 - Day 13 : 10iu's morning and 10iu's post workout (or on days off 10'ius at around 6pm)
I am taking 10grams dextrose per iu and start drinking 10 minutes after injection - I drink slowly over 20 minutes and then take a 10 minute break before my protein drink at 80g of protein which again takes 10 minutes to drink.
An hour after the injection I eat a meal with 5-10 grams of fat, 100 grams of carbs and 40-50 grams of protein.
I am also using ripped fuel pre workout for energy.
My questions:
I have never done an insulin cycle only before and was wondering what percentage of the gains I am likely to keep / and if very little, for how long will this remain?
I am assuming an increase in glycogen stored in the muscle would lead to an increase in strength, and therefore lifting heavier weight, making the muscle bigger and therefore some of the gains would be kept post cycle?
