Ok...so lets say i finish my work out at 7:00pm
I take my insulin shot at 7:15 (5iu)
I must immediatly drink 10grams of carbs + 5 grams of protien per IU...
So 50grams of carbs...and 25 grams of protien...
Doesnt this sound like NOT enough protien for a post-workout meal?
Question....HOW CAN YOU EAT THE PROPER AMOUNT OF PROTIEN POST-WORKOUT....IF YOU CAN ONLY HAVE 25 GRAMS?

When do you eat the next meal....and what should it contain?
How many Carbs
How much Protien
How much fat (If any)
