INSULIN question!

hello... im about to start an insulin "cycle" pct, its not my first time using insulin i know what im getting into, but im at 7.5%bf, id like to stay at or no more than 8%, im going to run creatin/glutamine with it, plus some fat burners, and still diet, but my question was, the last time i used id go m/w/f, 10iu, i didnt see much of anything, at all! my friends us it alone and get better results!, i was wondering if i was doing anything wrong, should you run it 3days ina row, and 3 off?? and could you run it for 4weeks on 4weeks off, for 4mo. and it affect you long term??? And, one more thing, i was reading a thread about IGF-1, never used it, interested though, but i see that you inject it IM, does anyone know what would happen if you injected insulin IM, would it have any benefits?? :Perk:
 
and what about injecting humalin R 2x a day, after workouts of course, but i do 2 adays alot....???
 
and one more thing i did read acnemans thread on Insulin, but it just didnt answer all my ques.. incase anyone wanted to suggest tht..
 
With insulin more is not better. Try doing it just twice a week in am and post workout. Supposedly this is how Jay Cutler does it. He might even only do it once a week. I know Chad Nichols only advocates once a week use.
 
ok, would you be able to gain some lean muscle by only that 1 injection per week>?

If You Train 3 Days Per Week=3 Post Workout Shots Per Week
If You Train 4 Days Per Week=4 Post Workout Shots Per Week
If You Train 6 Days Per Week=6 Post Workout Shots Per Week
The Thing That Worked Best For Me Was That I Got My Shot In No More Than 10 Min. After Training, Then 30 Min. Later I'd Down A Ultrafuel Drink. Then Around 45 Min. Later I'd Drink A High Protein Shake With About A 3/4 Cup Of Oatmeal Blended In It. Then On To My Evening Meal Later. Very Basic. I Only Would Run It For 6 Weeks As So I Could Taper Up To Around 8i.u. Then Back Down.

That is what I do. I take a shot at 8am and another post workout. The gains you see with insulin will have alot to do with the carbs you use and the quantity that you consume.

Actually Chad still does 2 per day 2 times per week. He may have changed things but i am not aware.
 
ok... so... i train about 6times a week, so big travis i would be doing about 6shots.. im trying to stay lean so.. i guess ill try that , i would do it in the mourning after cardio but im worried bout fat gains, i was reading and thread on dieting low card while on slin, but taking in 600+ grams protien..????!! http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=81969 anyone has there 2cents on that, and what would happen if you shot insulin IM????
 
ok if i was to do, insulin shot 10iu 5-6days week, after workout, with carb/protein/creatin shake within 10mins of shot, plus meal in 1hr of shot, for 5weeks, would that give any long term side effects?? like diabeties.. and how long should i be off before i could get back on...??
 
I've Never Gone I.m. With Slin. As Far As What You Were Saying About After Cardio, Is That The Only Time You'll Be Using The Slin? Also, You Have To Have The Carbs In There While Running Slin. Especially, Right After Injecting. The Ultrafuel I Mentioned Has A Combination Of Sugars And Complex Carbs, But It's Quick And Easy. The Oatmeal In The Shake Isn't Goin To Hurt You. I'm At 265lbs. 5-11, 17%bf And During My Last Run Of Slin (which Was During My Bulk Cycle) I Kept It At Around 600 Gr Carbs, And Around 400 Gr Protein Daily. As Far As Bf Goes I Try And Stay Away From Red Meat. Salmon, Talapia, Chicken, And Shakes. I Take Three Types Of Protein Powders, Combine Them Together To Make My Own Special Shake.

REMEMBER, YOU NEED TO KEEP SLIN IN MIND THE SAME WAY AS YOU WOULD AAS. MORE IS NOT BETTER. I DON'T GO STRAIGHT TO 8I.U. EVERY TIME. I GET TO WHERE I FEEL COMFORTABLE AND STAY THERE. 8 IS MY MAGIC NUMBER. I FEEL THAT THERE IS NOT AS MUCH WORRY AT THAT NUMBER. I KNOW I COULD PROBABLY GO AS HIGH AS 2 8I.U. INJECTIONS PER DAY BUT WHY TAKE ANYMORE RISK. IF IT WERE ME I'D WAIT THE SHAKE OUT AT 20-30 MINUTES AFTER YOUR SHOT. I USUALLY GO 6 ON AND 4-6 OFF. AS SIDES GO. YOU MAY ENCOUNTER HYPO-G FITS AT SOME POINT,BUT THATS A GIVIN. AND I'D SAY YES, YOU CAN AT SOME POINT RISK BECOMING DEPENDANT.
 
oh i know i will taper it up dont worry, more isnt better i know, and i will be using carbs, ok thanks for the telling me the risk factor, just was wondering... well thanks! last slin cycle my majic number was 10... so ill see about getting there again, but im in no rush... my goal is to stay at 7.5%bf at 210 and 5'11", while on slin and creatine, might add some clen in there to make sure i do... hope to gain 5lbs of lean muscle in a month.. well see how it goes.. thanks, if anyone else has opions or PAST EXPERIENCES of succesful insulin cycles let me know thanks!

Exactly. I used to use it all the time and found what he recommended the best route. I didn't like to use it anytime except post workout. That's when your body logically needs the rush of insulin the most. Using it any more than that may or may not benefit you. Fucking around with and using it more may do you more harm than good...
