I can't find crap with the non-plat search, so forgive me if this has been asked before. Do any of you guys use insulin during training? Say 5iu's mid-workout while consuming a carb-protein drink, then another 5-10iu's post-workout along with a big carb-protein shake? Notice any difference this way vs just doing it post-workout? I'm thinking of trying this soon. Do you take the first dose right before you start lifting, or in the middle of your workout? K for any helpful info or first-hand experience!
