insulin and igf-1....

muscleup

Been around forever
Platinum
I would like to see how many has tried it...I plan on doing both on my next cycle

6-10'iu's insulin upon awakening
Train
6-10iu's insulin post workout along with 20-30 mcgs of igf-1.....Sound good ?

Of course I will be trying insulin for the first time so I will work my way up to these doseages...Gotta be careful:D

I'm sure you've looked into this a lot already... but in what i have read it is not wise to mix igf-1 and insulin as igf-1 messes with insulin sensitivity... especially if this is your first time with slin. You're using the long acting igf-1 i'd assume?

This is why I made the thread in the first place...I was wondering how much the igf-1 would affect my insulin response

From what i've read on one of the boards with the most guys that i've seen in one place using IGF-1... and probably also the most knowledgable on this subject... they say it makes you much more sensitive to insulin....

I'll bump though.

Why don't you cycle 4 weeks slin, 4 weeks IGF-1, repeat...?

IGF-1 will upregulate your insulin sensitivity after your bout with slin... giving you mass while at the same time getting you more ready for the next 4 week course of insulin.

I wouldn't run them together, too unpredictible. You need WAY less insulin when you're on IGF. And from most experience, the partioning and insulin sensitivity gains from the IGF are more than adequate. Save the Slin for a week or so after your IGF cycle, but not at the same time.
