Ok now this is something you rarely ever hear about, but it goes on a lot! I know for a fact that Chad Nickles athletes use it 3x a day at 10iu each shot, while dieting for a comp. Many of whom always place very very high. I would like to know if anyone has heard of a diet plan that would provide a safe homeostasis where fat loss would be at its max and musle retention would be at its max aswell. I also know many of these athletes where doing upwards of 2 1hr cardio seccions a day. I dont want to hear about the precations of insulin. Ive used it many times, please spare me the lectures.
