Preworkout: 4 ius with a carbo force sipped throughout lift.
Post: 10 ius with 100g maltodextrin, 70g whey, 20g creatine, 20g glutamine, ginger root
Rest Days... morning: 12ius with same as above. I'm going to get some slower acting slin for rest days.
about 5000 cal/day
I know some people are against using it pre-workout, but I have ALWAYS had noticable strength increases when I do, and never had any problems. Currently, I'm using 6 pre-w/o and have been making PRs on almost everything.
