You can buy glass amp openers from just about any chemical research company online.

Roger that, I have one on the way. However, if I read it correctly, it will score and cut off the top of the vial, but then what? I just put the syringe into the glass vial and suck it out? That doesnt seem very sterile... Any more advice?

You stick a clean needle in there and draw into syringe. You should then replace the needle with a new needle.

People change needles if they hit the glass with the bevel while drawing out liquid-it may dull the it. Another reason..... people often draw up with a larger gauge needle and stick with a smaller one, therefore change it. However, u can diffenetly use the same needle if you want to.
