bro I don't know what the hell some of those other drugs are but this may sound crazy I take motion sickness pills several hours before I go to bed and the shit feels like valume to me ??? All the other over the counter shit gives me a hang over... I've also taken valarian root but it's not an instant cure...over time it does help natural sleep.... HE!! But the bust a nut does seem to help all of the sugestions...
