I always have a sleeping problem when I'm dieting for a show. My metabolism, gear, stress, who knows what else is a contributing factor. I also sweat like a pig all through the night and piss about every 2 hours like I drank a gallon of water. I tried ambien. It makes me really weird the next day. Melatonin works pretty well at a about 9mgs, but you are really out of it for a few hours the next day. The best combo for me is a good pain killer (ultram) and valium or something similar to valium. A guy I know gave me this gigantic pill the size of a sweet tart that was broken into quarters. He said each 50mg quarter was equal to 2 10mg valium. I can't remember the chemical name. Half of one of those suckers made me walk around drunk and stumbling. Slept like I was dead . slinger
