Insomnia bites...

I got it bad again. Iwas doing good. MY brain is fucked,
 
i didn't workout today, i'll usually try and hurt myself enuff to necessitate rest.
 
Maybe not being able to fall asleep sucks.

But, the song Insomnia, by Faithless, kicks ass! :cool:
 
i started taking a combo of melatonin and magnesium to help me sleep (have always suffered from insomnia)...the combo works well.....i take about 3 pills each..(dont know the mg's)
 
I wont be going to class tomorrow either, Ive had maybe 2 hrs of sleep and am suppose to be up at 630. but my f'n sinuses are acting up so Im coughing like mad to the point my throat is raw,so no sleep for oak

There are days when I can hardly stay awake even during meetings :rolleyes:

But I'm fully energized when it comes to go lifting ;)

No thanks. I used to be able to live off of 4 hours sleep back in college. Now, I need my eight. I'll just call in sick and work from home today.
