if i think of more ill post, let me know what you guys think, im new to this board, but not to the club scene :)

i've had them. hot. pick up some Basement Jaxx stuff, they aren't that bad right now either.

missy elliot - 4 my people (rivera vocal mix) is being played now
basement jaxx - get down get horny
basement jaxx - get me off

madonna - like a prayer (jp)
luz divina - in your eyes

both of the tracks i just listed are floating around the internet, just released. kinda trancy but have been sought after for some time. both are gonna blow up at other clubs since its release

3) Sex - Robbie Rivera mix

LOL - actually a good friend of mine in Miami made that track, when he told me he was behind it I freaked out.

Sex is such a great track, you cant but smile when you hear it. I heard it at club space in miami for the first time---unreal!! tell your friend he is a genius!!

Sex is alright, maybe I got a bad mix of it because everyone loves it. Then again I didn't go crazy the first time I heard Shiny Disco Balls either. Sex is just too jazzy for me.

The new Rivera track, Trippin (Future Shock Mix) is pretty hot right now.

Is that trippin' track the one featuring Andrea Brown or whatever? what kind of house do you like? im more into the goovey house that has a constant beat that you can dance too--SB style i guess

good look on that 'get me off' track. I'm really feeling it.

Mrs tony,

Have a listen to James Holden. It's not the Rivera miami sound, more deep progressive house with a touch of techno, but sounds great. His EP 'fear of a silver planet' has his own tracks along with stuff from Loki, Ben Pound, ogenki clinic, Dr Motte etc.

Also check out Transport 5 by Quivver, awesome Deep House sound with a progressive flavour.

The stuff on the above EP's have aawesome basslines if you love bass.

I'm pretty new to techo, but I love some of the tracks I've heard at a club. Do you guys know of any cool tracks by name that like build up and then just go off and make the whiloe crowd just explode. I love that shit, it's really sounds great when your drinking or rolling. Thanks.

bigD:

download the song "not such an innocent girl," you will love it if your into songs that blow up--i promise you! if you like that, let me know, and if you want some older traxx that are pretty nuts, ill post them for you

2 older house traxx that always blow the roof off:

--operation blade (public domain)
--blast the speakers (warp brothers)

what you are looking for is TRANCE. It's trademark is the long pause in the beat, while a synth riff builds from quiet to loud, then the "explosion" with the beat coming back in. Almost every trance song is like that. The best music in the world. The definitive trance track is by Binary Finary, either 1998, 1999, or 2000 (1998 was the original song name, the rest are remixes).
Also try "Nu Nrg - The Moon Loves the Sun" ... sick!!!

i think every type of music has songs with build ups, but based on his description it sounded alot like trance to me (maybe I could be really biased) :).

One of the sickest tracks of 2000 was Kernkreft 400 the armageddon remix only on white label.

It mixed Kernkraft 400 (what was the name of the song again?) with an old (1996 or so) vocal from an Underground Sound of Lisbon ("we will all turn to dust etc etc
