Inositol..

I just bought inositol and have a few questions.....

I am going to start with 6 grams a day, so i am assuming i should split this up into taking it twice a day, what would be the best times to take it? if i get up for school around 6:30 then get back around 2:30 should i take it at those times, or should i do 2:30 and before i go to bed??
 
If you're using it for depression/anxiety, I like 3 divided doses over the course of the day, for you that would be before school, after school, before bed. 6 grams is a good starting dose, you may need to adjust upwards, you will know relatively quick as it acts fast in those it helps. It has been studied up to 50 gr/day with no adverse sides, so don't worry about splurging. Find a powder vs. cap, it is a lot more cost effective. BTW, you can spoon it directly into your mouth, it is a vitamin B sugar, so it is pretty palatable and just melts in your mouth.

If you are using it for sleep, a couple grams before bed should be sufficient.
