Over the past few months I have had 31 EF people let me know about there experiences with inositol. 22 have been positive and happy with the results. 5 I haven't heard from so I don't know.. Me done good methinks.
Been down lately and bumped up my dose and viola I am really positive and happy again... inositol is the anxiety killer.
PS: Latest research indicates that inositol-hexphosphate (IP6) and inositol taken together is synergistic.. something about phosphates being stripped from the IP6 and taken up by the inositol to form IP3.. another potent anti-cancer inositol. I have had cancer 3 times, so lets see if I can keep it away with this combo.
