Allegedly this company 'sent' my order on September 17th via USPS priority. 'The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on September 17, 2007 to expect your package for mailing.' according to the tracking numbers provided on the 17th. A week elapsed and no order arrived. I again used the provided tracking numbers to discover the my order's status was still the same. I e-mailed the company. No reply. A week later with my order still in the same status I e-mailed the company again. No reply. I e-mailed the company again early yesterday morning. As of this writing, no reply. Essentially if I understand the USPS rep's jargon correctly, my order is just sitting around their 'warehouse'. Funny thing is, there was no delay in taking funds from my bank account. They certainly are not lax on that end of things.
In my current state of frustration, I want a full refund. I have no interest in their products at this point as I've ordered the same products through another company.
I wholeheartedly hope readers of this post approach this company with supreme care and suspicion. I'm not an unreasonable man. I only want what they charged me for delivered in a timely fashion.
